1. Design Consultation
Our design process begins with an on-site consultation where we discuss how you currently use the space, your needs, and your vision for the new space. We cover aspects such as function and flow, troubled areas, heritage overlays, building permits, planning permits, material specifications, design options and project costs. This holistic approach allows us to ‘zoom out’ and view the project in its entirety, considering the streetscape, surrounding environment and the home as a whole.
- Consultation Fee: $220 + GST

- Follow-up email covering all topics of discussion

This consultation provides ‘on the spot advice’ without any drawings or documentation. If you proceed with a design package, this consultation fee is deducted from the construction quote.
2. Concept Design Package:
Based on the consultation, we create a comprehensive Landscape Design that aligns with your brief. This design illustrates the configuration and function of spaces, soft and hard landscaping areas, and structures. Your feedback is used to finalize the Master Plan.
- Fee: $5000 + GST

3. Master Plan
The Master Plan phase involves preparing full construction documents. During this phase, we may also collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, building surveyors, or council representatives.

- Construction details and written specifications
- One onsite design presentation meeting

4. Additional Deliverables
Demolition Plans:
Demolition plans required by council for those with specific planning overlays.
Sections and Elevations:
Detailed plans with scaled measurements of defined areas.
Construction Documentation:
We provide all detailed finishes of the design in preparation for construction /installation, listing finished details, methods, and dimensions to all outdoor elements.
